FLC 3015 ST
The FLC line (Fiber Laser Cutting) is a line of products for cutting metals using fiber optic laser. Carefully developed to offer entrepreneurs safe, robust equipment with low operation/maintenance costs and high profitability. It is offered in several models, each one suited to the needs of the application: The FLC 3015 EB is designed for cutting flat sheets, the FLC 3015 ST is designed for cutting sheets, plates and tubes with varied geometries and the FLC 3015 PE is a solution for cutting flat sheets, but with a working area with a cabin, for higher powers. All selected components are world-class, with proven performance, making the equipment present the best cost-benefit ratio on the market.

THE MAIN QUESTIONS
Yes. Our equipment allows the use of dry and clean compressed air to make cuts. This operation is recommended for thin thicknesses. When using compressed air, the main function is cooling and expelling smoke and slag. For greater thicknesses, the result may not be advantageous, as the heating of the head and nozzles will be greater, in addition to the consumption of nozzles, lenses and protection windows will also be greater.
Yes, but some care is needed to avoid the back reflection effect (return of the laser beam). For continuous aluminum cuts, we suggest a power equal to or greater than 3KW, which will cut more easily, avoiding the risk of this unwanted effect. It is also possible to install optical protections against laser bounce. For these cases, consult our team of specialists.
Automatisa is a pioneer in Latin America in the development, manufacture and after-sales support of laser machines. It is the only one on the market that can offer the necessary security for investing in this equipment. Laser machines are devices that require technical mastery in development, manufacture and support. Seeking experienced suppliers is one of the premises for the success of this project.
Today Automatisa has:
- technicians and engineers with decades of experience in this technology
- a robust technical support method, with service quality control at all stages of customer service
- an inventory of millions of reais in spare parts for prompt delivery
- a solid strategic relationship with suppliers of core components such as resonators, control boards
